The NEOC submitted an agreement between the state anti-discrimination agency and Bruning on Friday but was unsure that it would satisfy the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. They won’t call in their “big-gun”, Lincoln attorney, Kathleen Neary who volunteered to help the agency in its dispute with Bruning. I’m sure Jon Bruning lost a lot of sleep over the weekend about this!….Just let the Feds do it all! Other states do……story
